Because the diaphragm is a large but thin muscle, you can train it fairly easily - just 5-10 minutes a day is all it takes to get faster, stronger and more powerful.

When you start exercising the diaphragm, you can breathe more deeply as your lungs get more room to expand, your breathing rate goes down and so does your heart rate.
